Dr Momen is currently working with us one session a week, on a Thursday, and many of our regular patients will remember him from when he was a partner here at the practice. Dr Momen is familiar with the services the practice offers and, like the other doctors, he also has some pre-bookable appointments.
THE PRACTICE TEAM
Practice Manager
Mrs Rosena Morris
Responsible for the overall management and administration of the practice. The practice manager welcomes both positive and negative comments from patients and will endeavour to resolve any complaints/concerns you may have as quickly as possible.
Office Manager
Oversees the general office, secretarial and reception staff and deputises for the practice manager in her absence.
Office Staff
Responsible for dealing with patient queries, giving out results, and home visit requests. It is sometimes necessary for the office staff to ask detailed questions to enable the doctor to assess the urgency of the problem. All information given will be kept confidential. We also have administrators who deal with insurance reports and patient forms.
Reception Staff
The receptionists deal with making and cancelling appointments and the registration of new patients. It is sometimes necessary for the receptionist to ask detailed questions to enable the doctor to assess the urgency of the problem and in some cases information is required so they know which type of appointment to offer you. All information given will be kept confidential. When requesting an appointment please give your name, address and contact telephone number.
Medical Secretaries
They deal with hospital referrals and all hospital correspondence.
Dispensary
The dispensary is responsible for all requests for repeat medication. The practice must have 48 hours' notice in order to process all repeat prescription requests.

Nursing Services
The practice employs three practice nurses, a health care assistant and a phlebotomist. They are:
